The 90-day pilot

Free for 90 days. It does not turn into a bill: you continue only if you tell us so in writing. No auto-renewal and no surprise invoices. If you do nothing, the pilot simply ends.

After the pilot

Month to month at the published price: $297 a month for towns under 2,500 (phone line $99 more), $497 for 2,500 to 10,000, $897 for larger places.

Leaving

Either side can end the service with 7 days' notice. No reason needed and nothing more is owed. Your records stay yours: export any time, and we delete them within 7 days if you ask.

Drafts, not decisions

Everything TownDesk writes is a draft for town staff to review. TownDesk never publishes, sends or files anything on its own. Official minutes are the ones your board adopts.

Support

Setup, training and support come straight from Bryan: bryan@tryneverclosed.com. Bryan replies within one business day.

Liability

During the free pilot, TownDesk is provided as is, and our total liability is limited to what the town paid: $0. This doesn't limit anything the law doesn't allow to be limited. A signed agreement for a paid plan sets its own terms.
